1. Our taxpayer funded independent consultant, hired by the House of Representatives to get the unbiased facts.
   
2. Twin River EVP Marc Crisafulli (and former GTECH executive) testified and was the first to alert the General Assembly to the stunning premium (overpay) negotiated by the Governor's Administration in this 20 year, NO-BID contract.
