House Republicans introduce an amendment to move any current or future monies, designated for business relief purposes, to the auspices of the statutorily established Small Business Advocacy Council, Chaired by the Lt. Governor and whose membership is primarily comprised of small business owners. The Council would determine where the monies should go and the application process.
