Rep. Chippendale named co-vice chair of Oversight, member of Labor, Rules

STATE HOUSE – Senior Deputy Minority Leader Mike Chippendale (R- District 40, Foster, Glocester, Coventry) was reappointed as the Co-Vice Chair of the House Oversight Committee and has been named to the House Labor Committee and the Rules Committee.

The Oversight Committee reviews the operation and efficiency of various state departments and agencies.

The House Labor Committee considers legislation related to labor laws and workers’ compensation.

The Rules Committee is responsible for considering all matters related to the operating rules, functions and protocols of the House of Representatives.

Representative Chippendale is serving his third term in the House of Representatives.
