State House, Providence – Today, Rhode Island House Republican Whip Michael W. Chippendale sent the attached letter to Speaker Joseph K. Shekarchi and Senate President Dominick J Ruggerio. Chippendale is requesting corrective action to accommodate disabled students in the proposed legislation to make the RI Promise Scholarship Program permanent.
